Our Projects

Plan:

Assist in developing a 16 acre parcel of land with one of our partnered land owners near Mullens in the heart of Wyoming County. The owner has refurbed a small cabin sitting atop the ridgetop property perfectly located in Hatfield-McCoy Trail system. The cabin is a short ATV ride to Pinnacle Creek trail system. It is also near Pinnacle Creek and the Guyandotte River for some premier trout and bass fishing. Our project team plans to assist in developing the property further to open it up to reservations in both the cabin and future campsites on the property for riders, hunters, fishermen and more. We plan to accomplish the following goals:

1. Assist landowner in scaling up to 4 additional cabins on the property to allow maximum capacity and land income. 

2. Create 3-4 platform tent sites on the property and 6-8 primitive glamping sites to allow for small groups of riders or other users.

3. Create a hiking trail network connecting to the property, opening up trophy hunting opportunities for whitetail and wild turkeys. 

4. Expand trophy hunting opportunities provided by the only four bow-only counties for basecamp setup and lodging for independent or guided hunts.

5. Assist the provider landowner and other nearby landowners with improved wildlife habitat management applications for game and non-game species. 

Progress:

We are currently in the planning phase and anticipate begin implementation and marketing in the spring of 2023.
